Growing Up Asian in Australia
Wed 4 Jun 2008
Growing Up Asian in Australia - Canberra Contributors, Kenneth Chan and Joo-Inn Chew, speak on Wednesday June 4

What is it like to grow up with an Asian background in largely European Australia? Kenneth Chan and Joo-Inn Chew, two Canberra based contributors to this sometimes irreverent, sometimes moving and definitely diverse collection edited by Alice Pung, read from the book and speak about their experiences. Whatever your background the experiences related in 'Growing Up Asian in Australia' will touch, entertain and inform.
