How To Order From Our Website
You can place an order directly with us by using our Secure Shopping Cart or by using our secure Express Order form.
Using The Secure Shopping Cart To Place An Order
This is the easiest way for most customers to place an order with us and involves several simple steps.
1. Adding An Item To The Shopping Cart
Once you have found an item you wish to purchase simply click on
Check Out or the
Shopping Cart Icon to add that item to your Shopping Cart. If you wish to search for more items you can return to our online store by clicking the
Continue Shopping link at the top of the page. You can return to your Shopping Cart at anytime by clicking the
My Cart link at the top right of every page.
2. Checking Out
If you wish to complete your purchase you must return to your
Shopping Cart by clicking the
My Cart link. Please take a moment to verify that all the items you wish to purchase are listed and that the quantities are correct. You can remove items from your Shopping Cart by clicking
Delete, or adjust the quantity by changing the number in the
Quantity field and clicking
Update. Below the item list is the Subtotal cost of the purchase, and below that is a table of possible freight charges. Please take a moment to consider the possible freight options and their costs before proceeding. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars. When you are ready to proceed click
Proceed to Payment and Select Shipping.
3. Enter Customer Information
The next page you will see will be the Customer Infomation page. On this page you will need to enter your personal details, the shipping address, and payment details. If you have any special requests regarding your parcel then please enter the details in the
Comment field. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard (Australia), Diners Club and American Express. Payment may also be made by bank draft, personal cheque, Paypal (non-credit card payments only) and direct bank transfer.
Please Note: For overseas personal cheques and bank transfers you will need to add AU$25 to cover our conversion charges. When ready to proceed to the next page click
Select Shipping.
4. Select Shipping
At the top of the Select Shipping page will be displayed both the personal details you entered and the items you are about to purchase. Please take a moment to review this information and ensure it is correct. If it is not correct then click the
Back to Review Cart or Continue Shopping link to change it.
DO NOT CLICK THE BACK BUTTON ON YOUR BROWSER. If the information is correct then select the appropriate shipping method from the freight table. The total cost of your order is included in the right hand column of the freight table. Finally, when you have selected a shipping option, click
Confirm This Order Now... to place your order.
You should shortly receive an automatic confirmation email including your order number. Please retain this number for future reference. You will also receive another email from us when your order is dispatched. To return to the online store click the
Continue Shopping link.
Using the Express Order Form
The secure Express Order form is a more advanced method of placing an order with us. It is ideal for use if you wish to make a payment for a book that we have on hold for you or wish to place an order from one of our email lists. For other orders we suggest that you use the shopping cart reached via the search facility as more options - such as freight are available through this method. To use the Express Order form, click
