2 small black and white photographs (5.5 x 14.5cm) showing a view of Hong Kong island - Central and the Mid Levels with the Peak in the background - taken at night and during the day. The two images are held in place with silver photograph corners, each are captioned in white ink on dark card backing. On the reverse of the card is the "humorous" distinctly racist poem "The Call of the West" which appears in quite a few albums of the period and is mentioned in the 1931 edition of "China Magazine".
