Qi Faxiang and his allies were accused of being three-anti elements. It was claimed that Qi was the person who was responsible for the death of thousands in a political campaign. He was also accused of sabotaging the local People's Commune. The articles reveal that the 县委揭斗会 [Revelation and Denunciation Meeting of County Committee] are really those who are covering up for the capitalist roaders.
