This broadsheet commemorates the visit by His Royal Highness Higashikuninomiya to Showa Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. on 11 July 1943. This visit included an inspection of staff dressed in gas masks and protective gear (shown in the photo on the poster), the company's bomb shelter, and the first-aid centre.
