Bilingual (English and Japanese) early 20th century postal regulations as agreed between the Minister of State for Communications of Empire of Japan, 山縣 伊三郎 [Yamagata Isaburō], and the Postmaster General of the Commonwealth of Australia, Austin Chapman. 18 + 11pp, in wrappers, including 16 articles in the Agreement and 12 articles in the Detailed Regulations, also includes 8 postal forms numbered from A to H. Wrappers marked, some foxing on the first pages of both English and Japanese text and occasionally throughout, small holes and a little staining at staples, some light wear. 25.3 x 18.7cm.
