Mid-1920s German tourist guide to Japan, including an introduction to Japan's geography and society, a map, and other useful information.

The map of Northeast Asia highlights Japan's home islands and holdings in Korea, Taiwan, Karafuto, and the Kwantung leased territory, as well as notable rail routes within the region as far as Shanghai, Khabarovsk, Hankou and Kalgan.

Also included is a series of information on how to get to Japan, which hotels to stay in, exchange rates between the yen and the deutschmark, US dollar, pound, franc and Mexican dollar, as well as photos and short guides to the most popular attractions such as Mount Fuji, Hakone, Miyajima, Matsushima, Nara, Kyoto and Nikko.
