Stock ID #178373 Atmospheric image of colonial Shanghai depicting the 'Bubbling Well' and Jing'an Temple (literally 'Temple of Peace and Tranquility'), a Buddhist temple on what is now West Nanjing Road. The first temple was built in 247 CE during the Three Kingdoms period. Originally located beside Suzhou Creek, it was relocated to its current site in 1216 during the Song Dynasty. The current temple was rebuilt once in the Qing Dynasty. When referring to this item please quote stockid 178373.
