Qin hui yao'is an important book written by Sun Kai, an official of the Qing Court of China. Based on his studies for Imperial Exams and his experience of carrying out official duties, Sun Jia wrote a book entitled'Qin hui yao'(On Official Rules'], which provides a critical view of all the official rules starting from Qin Dynasty. Xu Fu, author of the present book, made a contribution to Sun Jia's serious study of China's feudalist rules by adding amendments to it. Scholars of feudalist China as well as those interested in the subject will find this book interesting and enlightening. Text in Chinese.
