Shakespear; and a four page report on a conference on tobacco held in India in 1886. A handwritten signed letter from Dr. Forbes Watson to B.J. Rose dated 13th June 1890 loosely inserted on front free endpaper.
Three black and white plates, various pagination, these reports have been assembled in a somewhat haphazard manner within half calf binding with marbled paper covered boards, binding shows some wear with loss at extremities, the reports are preceded by a number of black lined sheets of paper, some browning and foxing, red crayon marking on few internal leaves, folio. A notable collection.
