Plan, one tipped in colour plate, black and white photographic illustrations, unpaginated (24pp), a good copy in little marked stapled wrappers.

Text in Japanese, with introduction and captions also in English. The construction of this temple was started in 1397 and set amidst gardens and pools. It was converted from a villa to a temple and underwent many changes over the centuries, until it was destroyed by fire in 1950. An exact facsimile was constructed in 1955.
