Black and white illustrations, 374pp + 15 page publisher's list at rear, frontispiece with tissue guard, index, rear gutter split, some foxing on endpapers and edges, cloth a trifle rubbed in places, corners lightly bumped but overall a very good copy in dark grey cloth covered boards stamped and lettered in gilt.
