Printed modern reproduction of Chinese Five Dynasties painting. Printed so it could be divided into separate postcards, 8 panels, folded in concertina style with attractive covers. Shows scenes of Han Xizai, a minister of the Southern Tang Dynasty, feasting guests at night, a brief introduction text and space left blank for postcode and stamp on reverse, in very good condition. Text in Chinese, postcard measures 12 x 19.1cm.

A reprint of a work by the Southern Tang court painter 顾闳中 [Gu Hongzhong] who excelled at figure painting. It is now held at The Palace Museum in Beijing.
