This collection includes a form issued by 重庆市北碚区处理查抄物资办公室 [General Office of Processing Confiscated Goods, Beibei District, Chongqing]; 2 official letters sent from 国家基本建设革命委员会三局四公司 [No. 4 Company, No.3 Bureau, Revolutionary Committee of the National Infrastructure] to the [General Office of Processing Confiscated Goods, Beibei District, Chongqing]; plus a bank receipt of RMB ￥ 93.20 to be returned to Gu Weiping. 顾卫平 [Gu Weiping] was born in 1924. He worked as a senior carpenter and supervising 5-6 junior carpenters for a Japanese owned company between 1943 and 1945. Some cash and ration stamps for food and clothing and household goods were confiscated during the Cultural Revolution. After investigating into Gu Weiping's work and personal background, a decision was made to return cash (RMB ￥93.20) and grain ration stamps worth of 58 Jin (29 kg) to Gu.
