(circa 1933). Stock ID #180737 This collection of 10 postcards feature various traditional traders and craftsmen in Japan. The images are titled: The Strolling Candy-Stall; Buying New Year Decorations; Umbrella-Makers; The Housewife; Japanese Shoe Shop; The Green-Grocer's Morning Round; The Green-Grocer Starts on his Morning Round; Japanese Cobbler at Worh (sic); Fish Street-Vender (sic) in Japan; The Day's Work. The images suggest early in the 20th century however the reverse of the card indicating where the message may be written is in keeping with postcards published after February 1933 before August 1945.
