Colour folding pictorial bird's-eye map with a black and white plan to the site and transport map on reverse, monochrome photographic illustrations form the border to the colour map and a partial border to the two plans on the reverse. Some light wear at the fold lines now neatly strengthened on the verso with washi. 53.5×38cm.

The Chosun Exhibition took place in Seoul from September to October 1929, commemorating the twentieth anniversary of Korea's annexation by Japan. This event highlighted diverse industries and products from Korea, drawing in over 700,000 visitors and earning a reputation as a successful endeavor. The pictorial map showcases the exhibition grounds, depicting numerous buildings and pavilions, each labeled for easy identification. The map is adorned with over 30 monochrome photographic illustrations of the buildings, enhancing its visual appeal.

On the reverse side, a map of the exhibition venue and a transportation network map, complete with a train timetable, are presented. Additionally, this side features numerous photographic illustrations of key sites in Seoul.
