Five typescripts 25.7 x 18cm, [1] + [1] + 10 + 10 + 6pp. Three of the typescripts are secured with staples, two are single sheets. Four are browned, the fifth lightly browned on wrappers, some rust marked by staples. Generally good.

This collection of typescripts documents diplomatic relations between Japan and other countries. The oldest typescript is a press release, dated January 9, 1962, in both Japanese and English, announcing the signing of American economic aid to Japan following World War II. The second manuscript is Foreign Minister Ohira's speech upon his appointment in September 1962. The third is Foreign Minister Shiina's speech to the Diet on January 28, 1966. The final manuscript is Prime Minister Sato's speech to the Southeast Asia Development Conference on April 6, 1966. Each manuscript was embargoed until the respective speeches were delivered.
