This pictorial map illustrates the 9th Exposition of the Allied Kyōshinkai of Kansai Prefectures, held in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture, between April and May 1907. The exposition halls showcased agricultural and industrial products, with numerous stalls offering local goods from participating prefectures. Despite the Kansai name, the event drew exhibitors from a much wider area.

The map highlights agricultural and industrial pavilions at the centre, surrounded by stalls of regional produce. Entertainment areas, beer halls, and food stalls were also featured to cater to visitors. The envelope’s reverse is dated April 1908.
