Black and white woodblock kawaraban, 35.6 x 48.7cm, ink mark upper section but text still legible, otherwise a very good copy.

This kawaraban, dated 20 February 1854, elaborates a list of the defending lords following Commodore Perry's second visit to Edo Bay. The chart lists approximately 40 feudal lords mobilised to defend Edo, each accompanied by detailed information, including their house crests, defensive positions, and troop numbers. The total mobilisation is noted as around 375,600 troops.
