A monotone portrait of Soviet poet laureate Vladimir Mayakovsky, printed on card. 16 x 13cm. Extremities trifle worn, reverse little stained at corners, overall in good condition.

A curious piece of ephemera with a curious provenance - having been acquired from China. Devoid of any publication details, the original source of the print seems lost to time, though appears to be a partial reproduction of the cover of a 1948 anthology of Mayakovsky's works published by Gosizdat.
