Sally, the owner of Asia Bookroom, has been an antiquarian bookseller for over 40 years. She is passionate about placing Asia-related ephemera and other lesser appreciated pieces of historical evidence in institutions, believing that without access to the views these sometimes seemingly insignificant pieces offer, history can be rewritten by those whose views differ. She is a past president of the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB) and the Australian and New Zealand Association of Antiquarian Booksellers (ANZAAB) and was the recipient of ILAB's Medal of Honour in 2024 for services to the book trade.
